Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most global destinations, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and all countries across Europe and Asia.
In Africa, we currently ship to South Africa, Kenya, and Tanzania.

What are your delivery charges?
Our delivery options are designed to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery (1–2 weeks): £15 per order
  • Priority Delivery (approximately 1 week): £30 per order

We also offer complimentary shipping across India.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines are specified on each product page for accuracy.
During sale periods, orders may take slightly longer — typically a couple of additional weeks.

As all our pieces are carefully handled and shipped internationally, occasional delays due to courier services or customs may occur and are beyond our control.


Products & Customisation

Can I add sleeves to a blouse?
Yes, sleeves can be added to your blouse for an additional charge of 10%, allowing for a more personalised fit.

Can I increase the length of a blouse?
Yes, blouse length can be increased up to 16 inches.
Requests beyond this may incur an additional charge of 10% or more, depending on the required length.

Are there margins in blouses for alterations?
Yes, our blouses include 2–4 inches of margin, allowing flexibility for minor adjustments.

Will I receive a high-quality product?
Absolutely. Every Fabilicious piece goes through a rigorous quality control process with pics to ensure it meets our standards of craftsmanship, finish, and design before it reaches you.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers.

For your convenience, payments can also be made in person at our studios in Copenhagen (Denmark) or India.


Taxes & Duties

Will I have to pay customs duties?
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: All our products are shipped from and manufactured in India.

Will I have to pay VAT or sales tax?
Yes, depending on your location, VAT or local sales taxes may apply and are to be borne by the customer.
