Standard Delivery for all orders delivered within 6-8 weeks ( additional 2 weeks owing to COVID)

We estimate an additional 2 weeks owing to COVID, however it could be further delayed depending on local regulations from the government.

All products imported into your country are subject to your country's customs regulation and may incur a duty. This duty needs to be borne by you.

How do I advise of any customisation, fitting for the outfit?
Choosing MySize option will mean we will provide free customisation to you. Post your order, our team will reach out to you with our measurement template for taking your detailed measurements and any customisation (full sleeves, long blouse, neck change) that you may need.

Can I customise the outfit from the design on the website?
All our outfits can be customised for blouse length,sleeves, and neck design.Depending on the change, an additional cost will be charged.
In some instances colour customisation is also possible. Please contact us for any colour customisation you have in mind. Colour customisation is completely FREE, however covered under the discount offered during Sale/Promotions.

What do I do if my Delivery/Pick-up has not arrived?
We're sorry to hear that! In case your pick up has not arrived at the scheduled hour. Please drop a mail to email@example.com with details of your order and we will get back to you within a 1 working day.
